In 2018, Liz joined Wall Companies full time, working on the disposition of a 200-unit Project Based Section 8 property that Fred had developed nearly 40 years earlier.\nIn 2019, she facilitated the acquisition of a 462-unit apartment complex in Crystal and is currently working on its renovation. Liz and her husband Dan have also acquired retail, office, and flex properties over the years.
